Flying Start @ Duchy’s Baby Department have been exploring their Sensory Box…

The children opened the big box, and found lots of different items that triggered different senses.

There were noisy foil blankets that the babies rolled in and the younger babies enjoyed some tummy time on hearing the crinkly when their arms and legs moved.

There were also lots of different textured balls, smooth and shiny, spikey and bumpy, and of different colours.

The children explored lots of different objects being encouraged to listen, look and touch.
