Flying Start Managers Go On Annual Away Day!

The Managers from all of our Flying Start Nurseries got together in Wadebridge for their annual Away Day!

This is a chance for all the managers to train together, enhance and improve areas of their professional practice, and get creative with trying a new skill or activity…

This year, they did a sculpting workshop with acclaimed local sculptor Richard Austin.

They all got stuck in and had a go at crafting these fantastic big clay heads!

Thank you to Richard for the expertise during the workshop, and well done to our managers for their amazing efforts. Thank you also to all our customers and families, for understanding the importance of our annual training day – so that our managers can inspire and lead!
