Flying Start @ Camborne Have Themed Days!
This half term holiday we have been having lots of fun on our themed days throughout the week.
We have had a cooking day where we all made our own pizza using dough that we made in Ashley’s bread maker. We topped the pizzas with all of our favourite toppings and then baked them in the oven to take home.
One day we became young scientists for the day and did lots of experiments. We used skittles and water to make a rainbow. We used food colouring, oil and water to make lava lamps. We poked pencils through a bag filled with water.
Then on Friday we had a great outdoor day even though it was raining. We all got into our waterproof and wellies and went hunting for muddy puddles, we found the sandpit was full of water so we used that to splash in and some of us got our wellies stuck in the sand. We then came inside nursery and dried off and warmed up and had some yummy hot chocolate.
