Flying Start Camborne’s Farm to Fork Adventure!
Flying Start @ Camborne have had a Farm to Fork Visit from Tesco!
Jenny from Tesco kindly came in to talk to the children about where their food comes from!
She brought with her a large variety of fruit and vegetables for the children to explore and then gave the children lots of information about where they are grown and how they grow.
The children tried, banana, blueberries, pineapple, pomegranate, quiona shoots, red peppers, sugar snap peas and spinach!
The children could not believe that a pineapple grows in the ground, they guessed a tree!
