Flying Start @ Camborne Match Letters and Sounds…

The preschool children do daily letters and sounds activities to develop their speech, listening skills and phonic awareness but now have been creating their own fun with letters…

Using computer keyboards, signs around the room, letters in books and also ICT toys (like in the picture above!) the older children have been finding their special letters!

Recognising the letters in their first names and now starting to notice some from their friends names too!

Now the children are linking the letter they see to its sound, with this keyboard toy they press the button and hear the sound to repeat it.
