Flying Start @ Cornwall College Explore Jungle Roleplay!
Take a look at Flying Start @ Cornwall College’s amazing jungle role play area in their pre-school department !
The preschool children have been learning about their theme ‘All Around The World’ all through the summer holidays… and their final part of the theme was to go to the jungle!
They have created their own hide, where the children lie on their tummies with their binoculars and watch carefully for animals going by and listen for jungle sounds (the CD really helps!).
The children also dress up as animals and re-enact this!
The children have also been learning about where fruit is grown and which countries it has come from… they even used some rainforest and jungle fruits for their focused drawing activities!
