Flying Start @ Cornwall College Watch Whole Life Cycle Of Frogs!

The pre-school children at Flying Start @ Cornwall College started learning all about the lifecycle of the frog when they had a special delivery of frogspawn!

First there was just frogspawn in the tank, so the children checked it daily to observe and record the changes…

Then there were tadpoles which swam around!

Then they grew into frogs!

Which the children could lift carefully out of their tank and feel their slimy skin!

The frogs liked to sit on the rock and jump into the water!

Then it was time to set the frogs free into nature, so the staff & children went on a walk to the woods, and waved goodbye to their frogs as they released them into the stream!

Wow, what an incredible experience for all the pre-schoolers to observe all those changes from frogspawn right through to baby frogs!
