Flying Start @ Duchy Climb Trees In The Forest!
Flying Start @ Duchy have been heading to the forest to explore some risky play… exploring the trees and seeing which ones they can climb!
First, the children walked round to find a good tree for climbing, then they assessed the risk for themselves with the help of the staff members, and looked at which parts of the tree are safe to climb….
They all did an amazing job at climbing the trees, and watching where they are putting their feet the whole time!
They also looked for trees which had sturdy branches for swinging on – such good fun!
