 Flying Start @ Duchy Paint Their Daffodils…

The children have been putting means to the marks they make when writing, using chalks in the garden and now also when painting.

The children used their daffodils to discuss what they could see, noticing the differences in colours and shapes from the long line of the stem and then the round trumpet and triangular petals!

They took their time to plan their paintings and mix the colours they could match to the flowers before creating beautiful pictures!
