Flying Start @ Helston Do Some Yoga!
The pre-school children at Flying Start @ Helston have been trying out yoga this week!
 
The children each found a space where they laid down their gym mat and the staff put some relaxing yoga music on!

 

 
Then they had a go at copying poses that were shown to them by Danielle and Liz, with great balancing and movement!
 
Then the children each came up with their own pose for their friends to try too!
