Flying Start @ Helston Have Visit From A Pilot!
The pre-school children at Flying Start @ Helston were very excited to have a special visit, from a parent who is a pilot!
She told the children all about being a pilot, and her job in the desert, which was so interesting, and then the children (and staff!!) got to try on a pilots helmet!
And they even learned about what a compass does, and what it is for!
A huge thank you to the parent who took time out of her day to come & speak to the children!
What a fantastic chance to learn about such an exciting job!
