Flying Start @ Marjon Toddlers Do Science Experiment!
The toddler department at Flying Start @ Marjon have been exploring water, after reading two great stories which feature water: ‘Harry and the bucket full of dinosaurs’ and ‘Where did the rain puddle go’ which is about Winnie the Pooh!
To explore the theme of water further, the staff set up a special science experiment to explore how clouds produce rain… The children all really enjoyed ‘filling the rain cloud with rain’ (food colouring)!
The children then watched carefully as it began to ‘rain’ and turn blue, coming from the cloud… They were very excited!
