Flying Start @ Marjon have been finding new ways to make marks…
The toddlers @ Flying Start Marjon have been developing their interest in writing, to do this they have been exploring different ways to make marks!
Using pencils, crayons and paint brushes to go round and round and make circular marks with lots of speed and force!
And attaching pens to the back of cars and watching as the car moves the marks that are left behind!
It is important that we find lots of ways for the children to recognise marks and start to make them themselves developing on to giving meaning to marks that they make.
