Flying Start @ Penryn’s Seaside Fun Gym Club!

Flying Start @ Penryn have started a new Gym Club Topic of Seaside Fun!

The children take part in a weekly gym club learning about their bodies, the importance of excerise and the changes that happen in their bodies during and after exercise… they do all of this whilst enjoying lots of fun movement, climbing and coordination games based around the beach and the seaside!

These fit and fun activities tie into the holistic healthy living theme the nursery has running throughout all learning.

Recently receiving their sun safe award, having visits from the local greengrocers to be fruit tasters, regularly trips to the beach to explore the natural environment and weekly gym clubs are a great recipe for healthy children!
