Flying Start @ Penryn go on weekly Beach School!

The preschool children have restarted their beach school visits, taking their learning outside!

The children wrap up warm and then go down to Gyllyngvase Beach to explore their beautiful local landscape, taking the opportunity to not only continue their usual nursery learning such as counting, listening for sounds, making marks and physical movements; but also explore the world around them.

Learning about tidal changes, the weather, sea safety and stranger danger using their first hand experiences and carefully planned sessions from their Beach School Leader!
