Flying Start @ Redruth Celebrate Chinese New Year

This week the Children & Staff have been learning all about & celebrating Chinese New Year! We have learnt something new & tasted something different every day this week. The Day Nursery children have made their own pineapple tarts to symbolise Prosperity. The Pre-School children have made their own traditional Chinese noodle dish to take home & share with their families! The children have been making their own Rabbit & Dragon crafts to celebrate the year of the Rabbit. Using their amazing crafts, the Pre-School children also preformed a special Chinese Dragon dance for the babies in Day Nursery! We can’t wait to continue our celebrations & learning this week.
