Flying Start @ Redruth Enjoy An Adventure To The Heartlands Music Festival!

The pre-schoolers at Flying Start @ Redruth have been on a very exciting trip, to the Heartlands Music Festival!

They packed up their backpacks, and put on their reflective safety bibs, and travelled on a big bus over to Heartlands at Pool…

When they arrived at Heartlands, the children got to play a game which helped them listen for the rhythm in music and words… Then they got to have a go on the African Drums, which was great fun!

All of these games were thirsty work, so the children stopped for a very exciting snack time in the Heartlands Café!

Finally, the children joined in with some singing and dancing with a live band who played Indian style music!

A great day out was had by all at the Heartlands Music Festival exploring music, dance, and rhythm from lots of different cultures!
