Flying Start @ Redruth Harvest Their Own Potatoes!
Flying Start @ Redruth have been enjoying the fruits of their harvest, and doing the entire soil to table process in their own nursery! This week, they harvested the potatoes they have been growing in their own garden, which were finally ready to be eaten!
The children were supervised to use a variety of tools to wash and chop the potatoes, and getting them ready to eat… Look at that concentration!
This also inspired lots of great conversations about healthy eating choices!
