Flying Start @ Redruth Scare Away The Birds!

Flying Start @ Redruth have been planting seeds in their garden, however the preschool children quickly realised that the birds were pecking and trying to eat the seeds! Therefore not giving their plants a chance to grow!

To try and warn the birds off the Preschoolers have made a Scarecrow in their garden….

 

They used clothes, including a Flying Start jumper to create their very own Flying Start Flora mascot to scare the birds away and protect their seeds! They stuffed her with Hay and put her up high on the post so the birds would see her as they flew by!
