Flying Start @ Saltash Enjoy Forest School!

The pre-schoolers at Flying Start @ Saltash went for their first outing in Forest School this week!

The children and staff all put their wet weather clothes and reflective vests on and went for a walk into the forest, where they sat on the logs and enjoyed some hot chocolate to warm them up!

Then they went off to explore… They stamped in the leaves, and looked at all the colours they could see in the trees around them! They found lots of chestnuts in the forest, did some bark rubbings, and even climbed some of the trees!

Great fun had by all!
