The baby and toddler departments at Flying Start @ Saltash have been exploring lots of different ways to mark make recently…

The children have been taking great pride in lots of mark making activities which include: painting with a variety of different materials, sticking with glitter, making marks in coloured sand, using chalk on the chalk board, and much more!

They have been using their fine motor skills and testing different hand grasps. They have been talking all about different colours and simple texture words- wet, dry, sticky, soft, hard ect.
