Flying Start @ Camborne Pre-School Do Fruit Tasting!

The pre-school department all took a walk up to their nearby local supermarket to look at fruit… the children played a game to name all of the fruits they saw and looked at how many different colours they could find!

They looked for some fruits that some of the children hadn’t tasted or seen before, to buy & bring back to nursery to try out!

They tried raspberries, blueberries, plum, pomegranate and grapefruit (which was very sour!)!

They particularly enjoyed taking apart all of the seeds packed inside the pomegranate, and then using it for sensory play!

Great work discovering exciting new fruits!
