Flying Start @ Camborne’s Holiday Club have had a busy half term in the outdoors exploring Rosewarne’s beautiful natural surroundings!

Listening for the crackle of the Autumn leaves under their welly boots and even diving down into the leaves to make Leaf Angels! Feeling the crunch under their coats and swishing and swashing their arms and legs!

Then the children found the trees the leaves had fallen from and got busy climbing!

Finding branches to climb up on, lie on, cling on too and even hang upside down on!

And… get really quite HIGH!!!

Wow! What good climbers we have!

And such a great natural way to explore risk taking, measuring the risk discussing what might happen and how we could help keep safe and keep each other safe… and then a lot of challenging fun!
