Flying Start @ Cornwall College Bid Farewell To Pre-Schoolers With Graduation Ceremony!
The pre-school at Cornwall College department threw a special graduation celebration to say good-bye to their children who are now moving on to big school!
Tears were shed as the children sang their leavers song and received their Flying Start To Life-Long Learning Certificates. They were given a bottle of bubbles to show just how much they blew the staff away this year, and then the children had a photo in their special graduation cap and gown – look how adorable they look!!
Afterwards, the children enjoyed a delicious party snack and watched a slideshow of their favourite memories from pre-school!
As always, the staff are very proud to see the children they have given a Flying Start to, leaving well-prepared for big school – and some of the parents shared some lovely comments about the staff and their child’s experience:
“Emelia is really going to miss Liz, Amy and her friends, she talks about you all the time at home!”
“Thank you for preparing Riley for school and helping him get so excited for his big school!”

A big well done to the pre-school team: Amy, Liz, Ellie, Dani, Lucinda and Jacqui for organising such a lovely celebration for the pre-schoolers and their families, and thank you to all the parents who came to watch their children graduate!
