Flying Start @ Cornwall College Celebrate #TimeToTalk Day!

Flying Start @ Cornwall College took part in #TimeToTalk day by offering parents the chance to stop for 5 minutes at their Time To Change stand, to enjoy a piece of cake or sweet treat, and have a think about their wellbeing!

They created a special Time To Change stand in their foyer with printed resources, tips, and advice on wellbeing!

#TimeToTalk day is run by national mental health charity Time To Change. The aim of the day is to get the whole country talking and having conversations about mental health, and our nurseries have been taking part!

Flying Start Nurseries are very proud supporters of Time To Change – we have signed the pledge as a business to help tackle stigma in the workplace, and to make changes to our environments to promote wellbeing and positive mental health.
