Flying Start @ Duchy are getting very independent!

Flying Start @ Duchy’s children are gaining independence by the day!

The children are starting to show strong life skills and determination within their daily routine… have you noticed this at home?

Wanting to put their own socks and shoes on, or trying to do up their zip!

Now at nursery the toddler and preschool children are practicing pouring their own milk at snack time and serving their food at lunch time … these are all closely supervised and in a minimised risk environment so that it is the safest way for children to take challenges and build their resilience and skills, whether this be in physical play, toiletting, self care or artistic flair we want all of our Flying Start children to be independent confident little learners!
