Flying Start @ Duchy’s World Book Day and Cornish Celebrations!

Flying Start @ Duchy have celebrated World Book Day and St Pirans Day… both on the 5th of March!

Lots of the children dressed up as their favourite book character, and brought in their favourite book to share with their friends.

The children had visits from some College students to come over and be their Reading Buddy also…and they were also dressed up! 

Then as it was St Pirans Day as well….

The children and the College students made St.Pirans Flags and talked about Cornwall Heritage! 

Thankyou so much to the Duchy College Students who were a fantastic help on a busy day, but also great to have some exciting visitors!
