The pre-school department at Flying Start @ Marjon have been exploring the theme of the doctors and have been trying out being doctors with the special medical role play…

The children have been using the bandages to have a go wrapping up their dollies.

Then they had a go at bandaging up their friends and the staff… They did some amazing arm bandages, and then had great fun & lots of laughs trying to bandage up heads!!

The children have been talking with the staff about all the different equipment the doctors use to help make people better, and trying out the stethoscope to listen to the heartbeats of their friends & themselves…

The staff even made resources to look like lungs so that the children could think about how we breathe, and how doctors help people to breathe again when they are really poorly.
