Flying Start @ Redruth’s Preschool ‘School Ideas’.
The preschool children have started a Floor Book to develop their new ‘school’ role play.
The children documented their ideas of what moving to Big School meant, they drew pictures and staff annotated with what they said … ‘wearing big boys uniform’, ‘new toys’ and a ‘playground’.
The role play will support the children’s views and start to help them think about all times of the school day and of their move to their new classrooms.
