Flying Start At Duchy Supported Mental Health Awareness Day!

To support mental health awareness day we all came to nursery dressed in our bright clothes. This promoted ‘Time to Shine!!!’ We spent the day doing lots of activities including play dough faces, calming yoga and lots of talk and art work around feelings and how to express them.
