Flying Start @ Saltash Toddlers Make Sugar-Free Cookies!

The toddlers at Flying Start @ Saltash have been doing some baking, and whipping up some healthier sugar-free versions of cookies!

The children used oats and bananas to make their cookies… they mashed up the bananas using lots of energy, and then mixed up all the ingredients together!

The staff helped bake them in the oven, and then the children got to eat them for a snack… delicious!

At Flying Start nurseries, we are dedicated to healthy eating, and trying to reduce added sugar, and encourage lifelong healthy habits!
