Flying Start @ Helston Explore World & Space Travel!

The children at Flying Start @ Helston have been getting creative and using their imaginations to travel far and wide!

They worked together to make a globe and then looked all around the world!

Then they also worked hard to build rockets as a team., and astronaut helmets to ride in the rockets – look how great they look!

The children used their imaginations to go to space using the rockets and hats they had made…

The pre-schoolers and toddlers went to the forest, to go on a scavenger hunt!

They were given special ‘scavenger hunt’ instructions to find different objects including: something straight, two leaves, something fuzzy, and something beautiful!

The children really enjoyed exploring and finding all the different objects!

The children then found a stick each to draw and write in the mud. Some of the older children wrote some letters, and drew pictures too!
