Flying Start @ Redruth’s Crabs!
Flying Start @ Redruth have been playing with CRABS!
The children have been watching and observing four crabs, seeing how they move, their different body parts and hard shell and starting to explore the descriptive words that they could use to describe their findings…
The children added some water and big rocks in to the tray to try to make the crabs feel comfortable and more like their usual surroundings.
They watched to see where the crabs liked to be most, but they seemed to liked to be watched and kept scuttling into view!
Next on the agenda for the children is copying the crabby movements …I think a gym club is in order!
