Flying Start @ Helston Explore New Outdoor Role Play!
Over the past couple of weeks the pre-schoolers at Flying Start @ Helston have been deciding on what they would like the outside role play to be…
After a long hard think they suggested something along the lines of fire & fire-fighting!
So the staff helped to create a mini ‘building’ covered in brightly coloured flames, that the children could ‘put out’ as they role-played being the firefighters!

The pre-schoolers have been loving alerting their friends, then using the hose pipe in the garden to put the fire out, and once done all shouting “hooray!” – great teamwork!
