Flying Start Walk Around The World In……How Many Days?

Flying Start Are Going To Walk Around The World! It takes 20 million steps and we want to help our staff become more active so we are taking on the challenge… but the question is… how long will it take our staff teams, and how many times can we go around our world?! Your nursery team will be recording their steps, and children and parents will be encouraged in their own challenge! So how about parking your car a little further away and walking some extra steps to nursery, going out for a walk at the weekend, or even doing a teeth cleaning march! Lets all get fit this February and Walk Around The World!

This week the babies have been exploring mud and bugs as part of their forest school sessions! They had lots of fun using their hands to dig in the mud, feeling the texture and looking for bugs. They managed to find a woodlouse and a worm, the babies were very brave and they all took turns to hold the worm, laughing as it wriggled around!
