This week the Preschool children @ Flying Start Redruth made a wonderful tree themed Christmas card for our friends at Gwelan Tops. Then with the help of the day Nursery children they walked it up the hill to deliver it.

Flying Start @ Redruth Support the Local Community
The Day Nursery children took a special delivery of surplus milk to Gwealan-Tops for their Wednesday night free community meal.
They then stopped off at the park for snack and to explore the steps slides and swings.

The preschool children @ Flying Start Redruth have been learning about Remembrance Day and what this means. The children enjoyed making their own poppies using a variety of textiles.

This week the day nursery children have been enjoying tea with the Gruffalo in the outdoor classroom. They have been making choices, sharing, listening to the story and tidying up afterwards as part of their talking toddlers and babbling babies’ activity.

We hope all the Dads, Grandads, Stepdads and Father figures had a wonderful Father’s day yesterday.
We had a brilliant morning today with Den building and sausage sandwiches in the sunshine to celebrate.
